Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@oumacare.com . We are happy to help.


Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, handmade soap bars and other personal-care items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened/unsealed.

Soap dishes and accessories may be returned if unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union — 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please note: the cooling-off right does not apply to goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, such as opened/unsealed personal-care products.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
