All orders are shipped from our studio in the Netherlands. We deliver to destinations across Europe.

Order Processing

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Delivery & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs checks, or public holidays.

Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Taxes & Duties

All prices include VAT in accordance with EU regulations.
Orders within the EU are duty-free and not subject to import charges.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been received within 14 business days after dispatch, please contact us at hello@oumacare.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
